UP FAQs

How much do UP courses cost?
Taking courses on UP is free! 🎉 Just sign in or create your UP account to get started.
How do I create and UP account?
Go to https://provar.me/register!
I tried signing in to the Success Portal with my UP credentials and I keep getting an error. What am I doing wrong?
The Provar Success Portal is for customers only and uses an SSO with your Provar Customer email.
Do you offer badges or certificates?
Both! You can earn a badge for completing a course. We also offer certificates for completing a Provar certification.
Where is my badge?
We’ll email all badges to you so make sure to check your spam/junk folder too. In order for a badge to be sent, you must complete the full course including all quizzes. You can also find your badges under “My Learning.”
What can I do with my badge?
You can share your badge to social straight from the email we send.
Where is my certificate?
We’ll email you a link to your certificate. Look out for an email from University of Provar in your spam/junk folder. To receive your certificate, you must pass each course in the certification path.
What can I do with my certificate?
You can share it on social or add it directly to LinkedIn.
I completed a course in Collections. Will my completions be reflected in other areas?
Yes! Any completion will be reflected across all of UP!
I’d like a Provar trial. Where can I find more information?
