Salesforce Connection Issues

Cannot log in from the current domain

When creating a Connection, should you get the error message Cannot log in from current domain, you need to whitelist your external IP address.

The best way to do this is to whitelist the IP address of your user’s profile.

Step 1: Firstly, identify your IP address.

Step 2: Locate your user’s profile in SFDC.

Step 3: Add your IP address to Login IP Ranges.

Similarly, you can also whitelist the IP at the enterprise level (for all users in salesforce) by adding it to the login IP ranges.
