COVID-19 continuity statement
With the rapid spread of Coronavirus worldwide our priority is the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and partners. That’s why we’ve already taken steps to close our offices globally and implement a home-working business continuity plan for all employees.
Rest assured our business continues to run as normal, with our consulting and customer success teams operating remotely to continue working with our customers.
We are monitoring the situation daily, working with our customers, partners and the recommendations of public health authorities to adjust our business operations and procedures as needed. We will continue to provide updates as the situation develops.
Health and wellbeing for employees, customers and partners
Provar has boosted its safety protocols across its teams globally. We have taken steps to close our offices globally and implement a home-working business continuity plan for all employees.
We have also provided guidance to employees regarding the recommended safety measures to follow in daily activities, as well as reiterating public health authorities’ guidance in what to should an employee find that they have symptoms.
Provar has also halted all non-essential travel. We are working closely with our customers and partners to find alternative means of collaboration and rescheduled planned onsite visits for training and consultancy purposes.
Provar has policies and procedures in place for all employees to work remotely without impacting the operations of our products and services. Rest assured our business continues to run as normal, with our consulting and customer success teams operating remotely to continue working with our customers.
As part of our ISO 27001 certification, we use best of breed security technologies and follow best practice security policies to provide our employees safe and secure access to the resources they need to complete their work. Provar’s business continuity plan is also reviewed multiple times per year to ensure it meets industry standards.
