COVID-19 continuity statement
With the rapid spread of Coronavirus worldwide, our priority is the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and partners. That’s why we’ve already started to close our offices globally and implement a home-working business continuity plan for all employees.
Rest assured, and our business continues to run as usual. Our consulting and customer success teams operate remotely to continue working with our customers.
We monitor the situation daily, working with our customers and partners. Provar also follows the recommendations of public health authorities to adjust our business operations and procedures as needed. We will continue to provide updates as the situation develops.
Health and well-being for employees, customers, and partners
Provar has boosted its safety protocols across its teams globally. We have taken steps to close our offices globally and implement a home-working business continuity plan for all employees.
Providing guidance to employees regarding the recommended safety measures to follow in daily activities and reiterating public health authorities’ guidance on what to do should an employee find that they have symptoms.
Halting all non-essential travel is a safety precaution for our employees. We are working closely with our customers and partners to find alternative means of collaboration and reschedule planned onsite visits for training and consultancy purposes.
Business continuity
Provar has policies and procedures in place for all employees to work remotely without impacting the operations of our products and services. Rest assured, our business continues to run as usual, with our consulting and customer success teams operating remotely to continue working with our customers.
As part of our ISO 27001 certification, we use best-of-breed security technologies and follow best-practice security policies to provide our employees with safe and secure access to the resources they need to complete their work. Provar’s business continuity plan is reviewed multiple times yearly to ensure it meets industry standards.
